
Archon Firearms Lifetime Warranty
Limitations
- Warranty rights apply exclusively to the firearm itself and its original owner.
- No implied warranties of any kind are provided.
- This warranty does not extend to accessories or attachments.
- Archon Firearms is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the firearm or warranty service.
Exclusions
This warranty is void if the firearm has been:
- The firearm has been misused or damaged (accidentally or otherwise)
- Hand-loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or defective ammunition.
- Fired with an obstruction in the barrel
- Damaged due to a lack of proper maintenance
- Carelessness, negligence, misuse, or unsafe handling.
- Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications.
- Failure to properly or reasonably store, use, or maintain the product.
Normal wear and tear of components is not covered under this warranty.
Coverage
Valid only for the original owner and is non-transferable upon resale. For the lifetime of the firearm, Archon Firearms agrees to correct any manufacturing defect by repair, adjustment, or replacement (at our discretion) using the same or comparable quality components. In some cases, the firearm may be replaced entirely.
Owner Community Enrollment
By submitting the warranty registration form, you will be automatically enrolled in the Archon Owners Community, unless you are already a member. Membership provides access to exclusive updates, offers, and event invitations. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in our communications or by contacting Archon Firearms Customer Service.
By completing registration, you agree to Archon Firearms’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and consent to receive electronic communications (including marketing and promotional materials). Requests for unenrollment or communication cessation must be submitted through the provided channels.
International Customers
If you are located outside of the Czech Republic or the United States, please contact your local authorized Archon Firearms dealer or distributor for warranty service and support. Warranty claims must be processed through official partners in your country of residence.
Warranty Return Procedure
Step 1: Contact Archon Firearms through our website or via phone. A representative will assist with troubleshooting (e.g., cleaning, lubrication, recoil spring replacement, or ammunition issues).
Step 2: If return is required, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid shipping label. Unless instructed otherwise, include the complete firearm with all related parts and magazines. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and include detailed documentation of the issue.
Do not ship through an FFL unless specifically instructed. Use only an approved shipping center.
⚠️ Damage due to improper packaging is not covered under warranty.
✅ If a malfunction is confirmed during testing, all costs will be covered by Archon Firearms. Once repaired, we will promptly ship the pistol back to the return address on the label.
